• Tour and package prices and inclusions depend on the chosen departure and are subject to availability.
• If a selected option becomes unavailable, we may offer equivalent alternatives, subject to confirmation.
• All information provided on the page (including inclusions, dates, durations, and conditions) applies to the selected offer at the time of ordering/request, unless the contract states otherwise.

3) Booking process and limitations

When you submit an order or booking request electronically, the contractual information and mechanics are provided to you in a consumer-accessible form before you place the order, in line with applicable Ukrainian requirements. We may require confirmation of availability prior to final booking.

In particular, for distance (online) travel package sales, the landing page/offer provides required pre-contract information and identifies the provider before the consumer places an order, citing: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, стаття 13, стаття 17.

4) Right to withdraw (distance contract)
