If we sell distance (online) travel package offers and/or you place an order electronically, we provide required pre-contract information and the provider identification before you place an order, in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, стаття 13, стаття 17.
You may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the law’s conditions, with notice timing as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, стаття 21.
If ordering/booking is electronic, distance-contract mechanics and consumer-facing information are provided consistently with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII, стаття 13.
For consumer claims/complaints, we handle them in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, порядок прийняття претензії.
